Communications Specialist
DuTrac is currently seeking a creative, energetic team player for a new position of Communications Specialist. As a member of the marketing and business development team, you will manage all electronic communications including maintaining DuTrac's web-site and furthering the Credit Union's web presence through available online media channels, including social networking sites. Your excellent writing and graphic design skills will be utilized as you write press releases and articles, create print ads, newsletters, billboards, brochures, and plasma displays. DuTrac's Communications Specialist will assist in communicating marketing promotions and events to internal and external members, and foster positive relationships with community organizations and leaders. Qualified candidates will possess excellent writing and graphic design skills and the strong desire to become a part of a marketing team that is committed to taking the credit union to the next level. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred. Financial background a definite plus.
Real Estate Lending Manager
DuTrac is currently seeking a dymanic and highly motivated individual to lead our real estate lending team. As our Real Estate Lending Manager, your responsibilities will include counseling members through the loan application process, planning and managing real estate lending functions to ensure the attainment of corporate goals, reviewing and underwriting loan applications, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, taking an active role in business development, and managing the real estate team through effective coaching and supervision. Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of underwriting practices, lending regulations, and compliance. In addition, our preferred candidate will have a minimum of five years of related experience (with a minimum of two years in a managerial/supervisory role).
