As technology evolves so should the naming conventions of DuTrac’s products and services to take into consideration the types of technology most widely in use at the present time – the term “PC” is more likely to be referred to as a laptop, smartphone or smart-device, etc. Plus, it reduces confusion for if the everyday terms in use by our members and staff are the same, i.e., instead of MobileLink, references are made to the “DuTrac app.”
Effective, Tuesday, December 19, the term PC Branch will be replaced with “e-Banking” and “MobileLink” will be referred to as the “DuTrac app”.
Please note: Neither product has changed in any way, only the names.
